When you purchase a course with us, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, which include this Privacy Policy. The information you supply at checkout is information we have on file for you, which includes specific data such as courses you have purchased, your name, address, phone, email address and credit card details for processing payment. We also track data related to user engagement, such as page visits, logins, time stamps and pages visited as well as course completion rates, assessment scores, certificates awarded, and your purchase history in order to supply services to you.  

When you purchase a course, you consent to True Reflection Pty Ltd. collecting, maintaining, using and disclosing personal information about you provided by you or by another person in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, as amended periodically.   

We take seriously the trust you place in us and at all times we will make every effort to ensure that your personal information is secure, protected from interference, misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure. We use professional cloud-based encrypted systems to store and to process your data, which are used by many in our industry.

Sensitive information attracts additional privacy protections as compared with other types of personal information. 

We do not collect, use or hold any type of personal sensitive information on this website.

Additional Data such as to your marketing preferences may also be stored and you may change this at any time.

You have a right to request a copy of your personal data. If you have purchased a course with us and would like a copy of your personal data, you can request a summary of this at any time. By law, it is necessary to make the request in writing at admin@true-reflection-supervision.learnworlds.com.  

There is a standard fee charged for this request. 

Upon receiving your request, we will discuss access options with you, and supply copies within a reasonable amount of time, depending upon the nature of the request. If you believe that any information is incorrect or outdated, you may ask for a correction.In a very few cases, we may be unable to give you access to certain information, for example where:

7.    providing access would prejudice or be likely to prejudice the prevention, detection, investigation, and prosecution of unlawful activity; 8.    disclosure would pose a threat to the life or health of any individual.

If your request is refused, we will advise you of the reason why. If we are not required to provide you with access to the information requested, we will consider, if reasonable, whether the use of mutually agreed intermediary would allow sufficient access to meet our mutual needs.
